January 2008: Started gym membership Febuary 2008: Continues training with trainer March 2008: lost approx= 30 lbs. JUMPSTART! April 2008: Lost another 8 lbs. May 2008: lost 5 inches off waistline June 2008: hit plateau... depressed :( July 2008: body fat 39.9%; NO MORE trainer August 2008: continue to loose weight even with vacation September 2008: lazy ass working out... at 215 lbs. October 2008: started working out right! November 2008: down to 205 lbs!!! woohooo! December 2008: down to 200 lbs. January 2009: 1 year anniv=goal not achieved yet! plateau.. October 2009: moved back to Pinas... challenge with food selection, gym membership, etc.
Current weight: 184.0 lbs. GOAL: lose 2lbs/week; around 30 g of fat in food per day; at least 25 g fiber/day; total of 100+ total weight-loss
