+ it could be hearty and healthy.
+ it could be veggie than meaty.
an alternative to the usual meaty chilli.
this one made with zucchini, squash, cabbage, carrots, bell peppers and onions.
of course with a few sprinkles of ground beef hehe...

chili seasoning (cumin, paprika, chili powder and all other spices)
this is yummy and healthy.
+ instead of topping it with cheese. I used some cheese and chopped onions.
instead of chips or crackers, i used corn tortilla toasted. yummy enough.
cheap: just used veggies available in ref.
serve with a side salad.
A BOWL = approx 200-300 calories.
its low in fat, low in sodium and yummilicious.
