chicken breast (trimmed & grilled): 140 cal, 3 g fat.
brown rice: 180 cal, 1 g fat, FIBER!
broccoli spear: 50 cal, FIBER and vitamins
asparagus: 42 cal, fiber, nutrients
yogurt sauce: 30 cal, sodium, and taste... haha!
FILLS ME UP EVERYTIME!!! refuels my body during my 12-hour shifts!
IT SURE IS BETTER THAN FAST FOOD or CAFETERIA FOOD!
& fiber makes me gooooooooooooo.... after holding it for 12 hours! haha!!!
